WeeRaa

Terms of Use

Effective October 25, 2026

These terms apply to the WeeRaa app for iPhone and Apple Watch, made by GoBitzy ("we", "us"). By downloading or using WeeRaa you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Not medical advice

WeeRaa is for general fitness and wellbeing. Its numbers, insights and Coach suggestions are estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Step counts, distance, calories and heart rate come from your devices and Apple Health and may be inaccurate. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.

WeeRaa Pro

WeeRaa is free to use. WeeRaa Pro unlocks extra features and is offered as:

Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

Your use of WeeRaa

You may use WeeRaa for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it: don't reverse engineer it, interfere with it, or use it to break the law.

Ownership

WeeRaa, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Your health data is yours; see our Privacy Policy for how WeeRaa handles it.

Changes to WeeRaa and these terms

We may update WeeRaa, add or remove features, or update these terms. If we make important changes to the terms, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use WeeRaa means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and liability

WeeRaa is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of WeeRaa. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for WeeRaa in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
